International student exchange activities play an important role in training students' skills and working habits in an environment with diverse cultures. This study explores the evaluation of 49 administrators of Can Tho University on international student exchange activities. The current status of international student exchange activities includes the actual implementation of the purpose, content, form, examination, and evaluation of international student exchange activities. This article focuses on assessing the importance of international student exchange activities and the actual situation of implementing forms of international student exchange. The results showed that the management staff assessed the international student exchange activities at Can Tho University as above average (mean average = 3.93; LC = 0.545). The majority of management staff appreciate the importance of international student exchange activities. However, these forms of international student exchange have not been carried out regularly. From the above results, Can Tho University needs to take measures to diversify forms of international student exchange to contribute to improving the quality of this activity
