Results of in vitro screening of the antagonistic activity of 16 promising strains of actinomycetes against three strains P.ST1, P.ST2, P.HG4 of P. oryzae revealed three actinomycetes PH1.C4t, CTA2.S1t, CTA1.C2t having strong and stable antagonism with sterile radius of 8.40, 8.20 and 6.27 mm, respectively, at 7 days after the experiment. Three actinomycetes were produced HCN. Two strains coded CTA2.S1t and CTA1.C2t have chitinolytic and cellulolytic activity, but one coded PH1.C4t only lysed cellulose. These ability could imply to include in their fungal antagonistic ability.
