Career guidance is an important part of general education. Implementation of vocational training is an essential requirement of educational reforms to implement educational objectives, principles and content; contribute positively and effectively to the assignment and rational use of human resources. The paper presents some theoretical issues on the management of vocational education activities for high school students in general, and technical - career guidanceenters in particular at Center of Vocational education – continuing education and proposes some methods of vocational education management in these centers to perform good vocational training.
