Managing student counseling activities in high schools has a strong impact on the quality of educational activities in high schools. Managing learning consulting activities can be carried out according to management plans, organizing implementation, directing implementation, and checking values. This article uses the method of collecting information by questionnaire and surveying 42 managers and 107 teachers in Ninh Kieu district, Can Tho city. The results found that managers and teachers can evaluate the status of managing school counseling activities at information high schools in Ninh Kieu district, Can Tho city “done quite regularly”. and “other” responds”. In particular, the level of implementation has a higher average score than the level of responsiveness. However, this deviation is not very high. The research results show that high schools in Ninh Kieu district, Can Tho city need to pay more attention to managing school counseling activities, especially the inspection and evaluation of these activities to improve effectiveness. School counseling management activities guide the building of a positive educational environment for students in the process of training and developing their personality.
