sector, globalization exposes new demands for organizing production, enhancing
productivity, and establishing a progressive and modern agricultural framework.
Agricultural land, along with its role in farming and cultivation, offers diverse benefits,
notably the potential for developing a market for agricultural land use rights. This paper
focuses on analyzing and assessing the current legal landscape and acquiring from the
experiences of other nations to propose solutions that fulfill Land Law. These legal
foundations serve as a critical premise to foster sustainable growth in the market for
agricultural land use rights in our country.
