also raises concerns about the privacy of children's personal information. By addressing the current situation of privacy violations against children on social media in Vietnam, the article

highlights the necessity of having a legal framework to regulate this issue in order to ensure a safe environment for children. Subsequently, it introduces relevant regulations in the Vietnamese legal system and proposes solutions to enhance the effectiveness of protecting children in the online environment.
