The CIPO (Context-Input-Process-Output) model helps improve training quality and meet society's needs by enhancing input quality and improving training process management efficiency. It is necessary to strengthen training capacity, build a team of quality teachers and enhance facilities and enrollment management for input quality. Management of the training process needs to focus on organizing teaching-learning activities, guiding graduation theses, and evaluating learning results fairly and transparently. Applying the CIPO model in postgraduate training management helps ensure the quality and effectiveness of the training process, thereby meeting the increasing needs of society and the labor market.
