The article proposes 04 measures to manage information technology application (IT) activities in teaching at primary schools in District 5, Ho Chi Minh City, including:  Fostering and improving the level of information technology application in teaching for primary school teachers; Direct professional teams to apply IT in teaching;  Invest in funds for procurement of information technology facilities and equipment that meet the prescribed standards to ensure the application of IT in teaching; Direct the construction of a multimedia teaching environment. The survey results show that all four measures are feasible and necessary.
