This research paper focuses on the development of an image set for biology education in
Grade 10 of the General Education Program 2018. The curriculum emphasizes student competencies
and effective learning methods. Teaching aids, such as images, are crucial for engaging students and
facilitating comprehension. However, finding suitable images aligned with the curriculum is challenging
for teachers. This project proposes and develops an image set specifically tailored to the Grade 10
Biology curriculum. The image set serves as a comprehensive database of visuals, enhancing teaching
materials and student engagement. The selected images align with the curriculum’s content and learning
objectives. The results provide valuable resources for biology education, enabling teachers to create
engaging learning experiences and improve instructional quality. The image set supports the teaching of
biology concepts in Grade 10, promoting student understanding and participation.
