Managing the assessment of students’ learning outcomes in primary schools is one of the most important tasks and activities. This activity plays a decisive role in the success of teaching in primary school. The assessments of learning outcomes not only reflect the academic achievements of students but also shows the educational management and the teaching of the teachers. Therefore, if this activity is evaluated correctly and accurately, it will bring a lot of benefits in improving the quality of educational management and teaching in primary schools. The paper presents real managements and solutions to improve the effectiveness of the management of assessment activities of learning outcomes of primary schools’ students in Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City, Vietnam, which proved the principles of proposing measures, of ensuring uniformity, systematicity, conformity with practice, historicality, and feasibility, and some management solutions to assess the learning outcomes of primary school students, proper in teaching and learning process.
