This paper reports a descriptive study that examined Vietnamese parents’ perceptions of the impacts of parental involvement that had on their children’s English language learning at secondary school. It draws on data collected as part of a larger project. Data were collected using including a questionnaire and semi-interviews and analyzed using descriptive statistics. Findings reveal that parents held positive perceptions of their involvement in their children’s English language learning outcome. Implications for practical applications of parental involvement are also presented.
