The study was investigated the control ability of bacteriophage for bacterial grain rot caused by Burkholderia glumae in the field conditions. The field experiment was followed randomized completely block design at Vinh Long province with six treatments (i.e. single phage Φ AG58 (108 pfu/ml), single phage Φ AG58 (107 pfu/ml), phage mixture (108 pfu/ml), phage mixture (107 pfu/ml), Starner 20 WP and control untreated) and four replications. The reults showed that the infected grain rot and AUDPC of phage treatments gave significantly lower than the control at level 5%. The disease reduction of Φ AG58 (108 pfu/ml) and phage mixture (108 pfu/ml) were expressed over 50%. The actual yield of bacteriophage treatments had higher than the untreated control. In which, the phage mixture (108 pfu/ml) showed the best treatment in yield.
