The study was aimed to evaluate biocontrol potential of Fusarium wilt disease on sweet potato by promising Actinomycetes isolates. The invitro test showed that the selected Actinomycetes isolate TTR4 produced the greatest concentration of IAA (3,875 µg/ml). The field experiment was set up in a randomized complete block design with 18 treatments and 4 replications. The results showed that the two selected Actinomycetes isolates TTR4 and TTH15 had great potential for control of Fusarium wilt disease on sweet potato through reductions of disease incidence and disease severity, which were not significantly different from the fungicide treatment. Moreover, the two isolates TTR4 and TTH15 did not affect the plant growth and the number of shoots.
