In recent years, GIS was applied for sciences related to space data. With rapid development of information technology, using Internet to search information is an indispensable need in modern life. Land prices searching and management is also a necessary requirement for managers as well as people. The thesis “Buiding land price information system based on Mapserver technology” was carried out to establish a database and website of land’s price information to support Department of Environment and Natural Resources in managing land’s price. Besides, every people can look it easily if necessary. The theme used Mapserver technology to build land’s price management system. Through the implementation, it built modules working for database, maps, searching and database management. As a result, we built land’s price management system, designed a Web to upload data and map, therefore we can search price of a price of land on the map. So that people can approach it more easily and quickly.
