Currently, the development of remote sensing technology, the establishment of present land use map by remote sensing images has become commonplace. However, there are many types of remote sensing images that can be mapped to present land use and each type of image has different advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, the topic was carried out to evaluate the ability of three satellite images MODIS, Landsat 8 and Sentinel to map present land use map in An Giang province. The research used methods of data collection, remote sensing processing, field surveys, GIS, and especially the comparison method, evaluation method and propose method. Research results show that MODIS images has the highest accuracy and reliability (T = 95.06%; K = 0.86), the level of detail is lowest (3 subjects: river - rice - forest and settlement orchard). The Sentinel-2A has very high accuracy and reliability (T = 92.16%; K = 0.86) and interpreted 5 objects (river - rice - forest and CLN - population - aquaculture). ). The Landsat 8 images, accuracy and reliability were good (T = 86.27; K = 0.76) and also interpreted 5 objects as Sentinel-2A.
