Development of Can Tho University’s staff
n 2022, the appointment of 4 professors and 33 associate professors brought the total number of
Iprofessors and associate professors at the University to 18 and 163, respectively.
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Phuong - Distinguished Teacher Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Thuy
and Prof. Dr. Vo Quang Minh - People’s Teacher were was honored to receive the
honored as outstanding scientific and technological Kovalevskaia Prize for female
intellectuals of 2022. scientists.
These appointments and awards are an honor, due recognition for the tireless efforts and
dedication of the University’s staff, and a great encouragement to the intellectuals to continue
striving in the pursuit of education and training in Vietnam.
