Staff Development
In 2017, 33 staff members were
recognized with the standard
professorial titles of professors and
associate professors. Up to now,
CTU has 139 associate professors
and 11 professors.
With remarkable contributions
to education and training ,
one lecturer was awarded the title
of People's Teacher, and 11 lecturers
were awarded the title of Meritorious
Teacher. This is a great honor and
motivation for CTU's staff to continue
striving and devoting themselves to
education profession.
The University always pays attention
to the enhancement of teaching
quality and makes conditions for
teaching staff to join the professional
fostering courses. Last year, 246 lecturers
were assigned to take these courses.
