Dr.Hienisinchargeofaffairsinpoliticsandideology,studentmanagement,directing
the activities of the University Communist Party and the University's mass organizations
including the Youth Union, Student Union, Labor Union and Veteran Association. She is
also responsible for culture and art performance activities.
The 11th Communist Party Congress of Can Tho University in the tenure 2015-2020
was successfully taken place and set the targets "...Developing CTU to become a
strong training, scientific research and transfer technology center, to effectively contribute
to the development of the Mekong Delta region and the country; being capable of
training, scientific research to reach the overall qualifications of the universities in the
Southeast Asian region and the world in several key fields".
