Dr. Phuong takes charge of
postgraduate training, quality
accreditation, science and technology
information and scientific journals,
publishing affairs, proficiency
assessment of foreign languages, high
quality training programs, establishing
and maintaining the contacts between
the University and the Ministries and
Agencies.
Vice Rector: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Trung Tinh
Dr. Tinh is in charge of the construction
affairs and development of infrastructure
and facilities of the University, dormitories
and staff housing. He is currently directing
the construction and development of Hoa An
Campus and other basic construction works.
