Vice Rector: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Do Van Xe
Dr. Xe has responsibility for the
training and quality of undergraduate
education, developing training programs,
curricula and textbooks; takes charge
of advanced training programs; and
manages the budget for undergraduate
education and training contracts. He is
also responsible for the operation and
development of the information technology
system and its relevant applications of the
University.
Vice Rector: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Viet Dung
Dr. Dung is in charge of international
cooperation, oversea study and
training, international students training,
scientific research, project management,
budget management and contracts for
scientific research. He is also responsible
for the training programs such as Tropical
Semester and Mekong 1000 (training
Vietnamese officials in the Mekong Delta
oversea for postgraduate education). He
is the Chairman of the Council for Science
and Education.
