Fostering and expanding cultural exchanges with international
universities, institutes and agencies
In2014,CTUstronglyencouragedandpromotedculturalexchangeactivities,which
created a significant "spotlight" in international cultural exchange, particularly with
ASEAN countries. Remarkably, CTU was honored to collaborate with Indonesian and
Korean agencies and universities to organize very meaningful and exciting cultural
exchange events at CTU's side. Especially, to meet the staff and students' needs to
gain more in-depth understanding of foreign countries to consolidate international
friendships, CTU collaborated with the Consulate General of Indonesia to open
the Indonesian culture corner at CTU. In addition, the University also delegated
for representative leaders, staff members, and students to participate in senior
educational forums, academic and cultural exchange programs in Asia and Southeast
Asia, including 15th AUN Educational Forum and ASEAN Student Leaders' Forum in
Brunei.
International cultural exchange has contributed to strengthening the close cooperative
relationship between CTU and international universities, institutes and agencies.
It also helps introduce the traditional values, Culture, History, Nation and People
of Vietnam to international friends, and tighten the friendship and cooperation
between Vietnam and other countries in the world based on mutual understanding.
Furthermore, the exchange and sharing in languages and cultures with international
friends create strong motivation for the students of CTU to have prior personal
preparations necessary for their integration and access to the international working
and learning environments.
