ABSTRACT

From the petroleum ether extracts of the roots of Areca catechu L., collected in Phong Dien district, Can Tho city, we have isolated two compounds: lupeol (C₃₀H₅₀O) and lupeol acetate (C₃₂H₅₂O₂). The structures of these compounds have been elucidated by modern spectroscopic methods: MS, ¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR, HSQC, COSY and HMBC.

Từ dịch chiết petroleum ether của rễ cây Cau trồng tại huyện Phong Điền, thành phố Cần Thơ, chúng tôi đã cô lập được hai hợp chất: lupeol (C₃₀H₅₀O) và lupeol acetate (C₃₂H₅₂O₂). Cấu trúc hóa học các hợp chất này đã được xác định bằng các phương pháp quang phổ hiện đại: MS, ¹H?NMR, ¹³C?NMR, HSQC, COSY và HMBC.
