The article focuses on assessing the current situation of 12th-grade English teaching and learning in some provinces in the Mekong Delta; on the basis of a survey to evaluate teachers and students through questions to know what are the advantages and limitations and to point out the causes of that situation; from there, propose some recommendations to improve the teaching and learning of English in grade 12 for better students in the coming time.
