ABSTRACT

Luteolin?7,4??dimethyl ether (C₁₇H₁₄O₆); apigenin?5?methyl ether (C₁₆H₁₂O₅) and ??sitosterol-3-O-?-glucopyranoside (C₃₅H₆₀O₆) were isolated from ethyl acetate extracts of Areca catechu L. root.  Structures of these compounds have been elucidated by modern spectroscopic methods: MS, ¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR, HSQC, COSY and HMBC.

Luteolin?7,4??dimethyl ether (C₁₇H₁₄O₆), apigenin?5?methyl ether (C₁₆H₁₂O₅) và ??sitosterol-3-O-?-glucopyranoside (C₃₅H₆₀O₆) được cô lập từ cao ethyl acetate của rễ Cau.  Cấu trúc hóa học các chất này đã được xác định bằng các loại phổ MS, ¹H?NMR, ¹³C?NMR, HSQC, COSY và HMBC.
