Organic toxicity is a common phenomenon occurred on triple rice grown in Summer-Autumn and Autumn-Winter crops. When infected by these organic acids, the growth of rice plant is often stunted and yield could be reduced. The study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness the of cellulolytic bacteria Cellulomonas flavigena, nitrogen-fixing bacteria Azospirillum lipoferum and phosphate-disolving bacteriaPseudomonas stutzeri on the growth and yield of IR 50404 rice varieties in submerged soil with rice straw incorporated soils. The experiment was carried out using one factor completely randomized experimental design with ten treatments, five replications per treatment. The result showed that rice plant applied with cellulolytic bacteria Cellulomonas flavigena, nitrogenfixing bacteria Azospirillum lipoferum and phosphate-solubilizing bacteria Pseudomonas stutzeri + inorganic fertilizer (75N-45P2O5-30K20 kg ha-1) increased plant height, number shoots, 1000- grain weight, number of panicle and rice yields.
