This study aimed to determine the chemicals which was suitably applied to flocculate Chlorella algae for feeding blood cockle Anadara granosa. The experiment included 4 treatments and triplicates per each. Blood cockles (SL: 25.18± 1.33mm) were cultured in 10 liter glass jars with the density of 12 ind./jar. Centrifugal Chlorella was used as control and flocculated by three chemicals such as NaOH, NaOH + PAC and PAC at the density from 10,000 ? 30,000 cells/mL. After 30 days of culture, the highest survival rate (94.44%) presented in Chlorella flocculated by NaOH together PAC. Lowest survival rate (80.56%) was observed in Chlorella flocculated by PAC and not significant difference among treatments (p>0.05). Filtration rate of cockle was also not significant difference among treatments (p>0.05).
